Dryden XXI Leveraged Loan plans to redeem $395.96 million of notes

Norfolk, Va., April 7 - Dryden XXI Leveraged Loan CDO LLC called $395,964,599 of its class A, B, C and D notes, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed on April 17. The redemption prices include principal amount and accrued interest:

• $336,521,851 of class A notes;

• $20,186,893 of class B notes;

• $20,236,893 of class C-1 through C-10 notes; and

• $19,018,962 of class D-1 through D-10 notes.
