S&P gives A to Alaska G.O. bonds

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an A rating to the Alaska Municipal Bond Bank's $60.865 million of 2008 series one general obligation moral obligation bonds issued on behalf of the State of Alaska.

In addition, S&P said it affirmed the A rating and underlying rating on the state's G.O. moral obligation debt.
