New York, Aug. 4 – The Alaska Housing Finance Corp. priced $111 million of series 2016A general mortgage revenue bonds II, said a pricing sheet.
The bonds (/AA+) were sold through senior managers Wells Fargo Securities LLC and Raymond James/Morgan Keegan.
The bonds are due 2017 to 2027 with term bonds due in 2033, 2036, 2041 and 2046. The serial coupons range from 0.45% to 2.3% all priced at par. The 2033 bonds have a 3% coupon, the 2036 bonds have a 3.15% coupon and the 2041 bonds have a 3.25% coupon all priced at par. The 2046 bonds have a 3.5% coupon priced at 108.271 to yield 1.75% and a 3.35% coupon priced at par.
Proceeds will be used to purchase mortgage loans.
