New Issue: Alaska Housing sells $55.62 million state capital project bonds

New York, Nov. 9 – The Alaska Housing Finance Corp. priced $55.62 million of series 2015C state capital project II bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds were sold through J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.
The bonds are due 2016 to 2035 with 2% to 5% coupons and 0.33% to 3.39% yields.
Proceeds will be used to refund outstanding bonds.
