New Issue: Alaska Housing Finance prices $105 million state capital project bonds

New York, Feb. 3 - The Alaska Housing Finance Corp. brought $105 million of series 2011A state capital project bonds, upsized from $97.315 million, said a pricing sheet.

The bonds (Aa2) were sold through Goldman, Sachs & Co. with Edward Jones & Co. Inc., KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. and Siebert Brandford Shank & Co. LLC as the co-managers.

The bonds are due 2011 to 2027 with coupons from 2% to 5%.

Proceeds will be used to finance the construction and equipment of office space for the corporation, as well as to refund existing debt.
