New Issue: South Africa's DRDGold issues ZAR 108 million of floating-rate notes

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 6 - DRDGold Ltd. subsidiary DRDGold South African Operations (Pty.) Ltd. issued ZAR 108 million of notes under its new ZAR 500 million domestic medium-term note program, according to a company news release.

The notes issued mature 12 and 24 months after the date of issue and bear interest at the three-month Johannesburg Inter-bank Acceptance Rate plus 400 basis points to 500 bps.

The proceeds from this first issue will be applied toward the capital requirements of the Crown/Ergo pipeline project.
