Dragon Pharmaceutical arranges private placement for up to C$25 million

Atlanta, March 30 - Dragon Pharmaceutical Inc. said it plans to raise up to C$25 million in a private placement.

The pricing of the offering will be determined based upon market conditions.

Based in Vancouver, B.C., Dragon Pharmaceutical is a generic pharmaceutical company. It plans to use the proceeds from the offering for working capital to ramp up production on its new chemical division and improve its financial structure.
