New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $346,000 of notes tied to Dow Jones-UBS Commodity

Madison, Wis., Aug. 30 - Morgan Stanley priced $346,000 of 0% commodity-linked notes due Aug. 31, 2017 linked to the Dow Jones-UBS Commodity index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, subject to a minimum payment of $1,090 and a maximum payment of $1,600 per $1,000 of notes.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC will be the agent.
