New Issue: Citigroup sells $2.12 million enhanced barrier digital plus notes on S&P, Dow

Columbus, Ohio, March 4 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.12 million of 0% enhanced barrier digital plus securities due March 1, 2024 linked to the worst performing of the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If final level of the lesser-performing index is greater than or equal to its upper barrier level, 115% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the lesser performing index return and 48.95%.

If the final level of the lower performing index is less than the upper digital barrier, but greater than the lower digital barrier, 60% of its initial level, the payout will be par plus 15%. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the lesser-performing index from its initial level.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
