New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $555,000 of buffered PLUS with cap tied to the Dow

Chicago, Oct. 31 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $555,000 of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due April 27, 2020 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the index finishes above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus double the gain up to a maximum return of $1,142.50 per $1,000 principal amount.

If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.
