JPMorgan plans to sell 0% CDs linked to Dow Jones Industrial Average

Madison, Wis., Aug. 4 - JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA plans to price 0% certificates of deposit due Feb. 28, 2019 linked to the Dow Jones Industrial Average, according to a term sheet.

The payout at maturity will be par plus at least 75% of any index gain, with the exact participation rate to be set at pricing.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.

The CDs (Cusip: 48123YL79) are expected to price on Aug. 26 and settle Aug. 31.
