New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.34 million uncapped digital barrier notes on indexes

Chicago, Dec. 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.34 million of 0% uncapped digital barrier notes due Nov. 29, 2028 linked to the least performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index gains the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the worst performing index return and 60%. The payout will be par if the worst performing index declines but finishes above its 70% barrier and investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the barrier.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
