New Issue: Barclays prices $2.98 million buffered SuperTrack notes linked to Dow, Russell

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 4 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.98 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Dec. 31, 2026 linked to the lesser performing of the Dow Jones industrial average and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the lesser-performing index’s return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the lesser-performing index’s return.

If the lesser-performing index declines by 19% or less, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% that the lesser-performing index declines beyond 19%.
