New Issue: Barclays prices $1.08 million barrier SuperTrack notes linked to Russell, Dow, Nasdaq

Chicago, Dec. 14 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.08 million of 0% barrier SuperTrack notes due Aug. 28, 2026 linked to the least performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the least-performing index’s return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.45 times the least-performing index’s return. If the least-performing index declines by 40% or less, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% that the least-performing index declines from its initial level if it falls by more than 40%.
