Douglas Dynamics shareholders to sell $29.45 million of common stock

Bookrunner Robert W. Baird assists; shares to be sold at $14.75 apiece

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 1 - Douglas Dynamics, Inc. said it priced a $29.45 million secondary public offering of stock.

The selling shareholders, which include affiliates of Aurora Capital Group, will sell 1,996,479 common shares at $14.75 apiece. The price per share reflects a 4.84% discount to the Nov. 30 closing share price of $15.50.

Robert W. Baird & Co. Inc. is the bookrunning manager.

Settlement is expected Dec. 6.

Based in Milwaukee, Douglas Dynamics designs, manufactures and sells snow and ice control equipment for light trucks.
