New Issue: Korea’s Doosan Infracore issues $300 million 1% three-year notes

New York, July 21 – Doosan Infracore Co. Ltd. issued $300 million of 1% three-year senior notes (Aa2) under Regulation S, according to a notice.

The issue is guaranteed by Korea Development Bank.

Korea Development Bank, Nomura Singapore Ltd., Standard Chartered Bank and UBS AG Hong Kong Branch were joint bookrunners of the deal.

The proceeds will be used to repay Doosan Infracore’s debt and for other general corporate purposes.

The notes are being listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

Doosan is a lender based in Seoul, South Korea.
