Dominican Republic plans to offer new dollar-denominated notes
Chicago, Feb. 9 – The Dominican Republic is planning to offer new dollar-denominated, New York law-governed debt securities, according to a press release.
The offer is related to a tender offer for an as yet undetermined amount of three notes.
Dealer managers for the tender offer are Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
