New Issue: Alamo Community College District, Texas, sells $54.8 million of notes

New York, Aug. 10 - The Alamo Community College District of Texas priced $54.795 million of series 2011 maintenance tax notes, according to an official statement.

The notes (Aaa/AA+) were sold through Loop Capital Markets LLC with Siebert Brandford Shank & Co. LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., RBC Capital Markets LLC and Raymond James & Associates Inc. as the co-managers.

The bonds are due 2012 to 2031 with 2% to 5% coupons.

Proceeds will be used to renovate and repair existing district facilities.
