S&P rates Documformas

Standard & Poor's said it assigned a B+ global-scale counterparty credit rating to Docuformas SAPI de CV.

The outlook is stable.

The rating is supported by the company's adequate profitability, satisfactory adjusted capitalization and improving asset quality, S&P said.

The ratings also consider the weak controls in place to manage operational risk, insufficient risk governance within the firm and a high concentration in the loan portfolio, the agency said.
