S&P affirms, withdraws DME

S&P said it affirmed its BB+/B long- and short-term issuer credit ratings on DME Ltd. and its fully owned subsidiaries Domodedovo International Airport LLC and Hacienda Investments Ltd.

The agency subsequently withdrew the ratings at the issuer's request.

S&P also withdrew the BB+ ratings on the outstanding notes due 2018 and 2021.

The outlook at the time of the withdrawal was negative.

The agency said the affirmation reflects a view that the on-schedule commencement of operations at Moscow Domodedovo's new terminal in mid-2018 should support the group's performance through increasing commercial revenues and parking fees, and lead to improving financial results.
