Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 19 - DISH DBS Corp., a subsidiary of DISH Network Corp., is expecting to sell a $1 billion issue of 10-year senior notes on Wednesday, according to a market source.

Initial guidance is set in the 5% area, and no conference call will be held ahead of the proposed deal.
