DISH pricing $1 billion 10-year senior bullet notes Wednesday

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 19 - DISH DBS Corp., a subsidiary of DISH Network Corp., is expecting to sell a $1 billion issue of 10-year senior notes on Wednesday, according to a market source.
Initial guidance is set in the 5% area, and no conference call will be held ahead of the proposed deal.
Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. is among the banks on the Rule 144A and Regulation S transaction.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include spectrum-related strategic transactions.
DISH is an Englewood, Colo.-based satellite broadcasting company.
