Moody's rates Discovery Com loan Baa3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Baa3 to Discovery Communications Holding, LLC's remaining $1.475 billion senior secured term loan B facility.

This is the first time Moody's has rated Discovery.

The outlook is stable.

According to the agency, Discovery's Baa3 term loan B rating reflects the company's strong operating and financial profile driven by solid cash flow generated from its growing and highly profitable cable television networks, strong brands and global programming distribution.
