DigitalPost Interactive raises $1.7 million from two offerings

Des Moines, Oct. 11 - DigitalPost Interactive raised $1.7 million from two equity financings, according to a news release.

Of the proceeds, $1.1 million was raised in a private placement that settled in September, and $600,000 was raised in a convertible debt financing that settled in the first week of October.

Detailed terms of the offerings were not announced.

DigitalPost is a digital media-sharing and social-networking company based in Irvine, Calif.
