Moody's: DigitalGlobe unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said the ratings and outlook for DigitalGlobe, Inc. are not affected by news that the chairman and CEO, Jill Smith, will not renew her employment agreement with the company.

While the board searches, both internally and externally, for a replacement, Smith has agreed to remain in her position until a successor is retained and will assist in the search process, Moody's said.
