Digital Domain prices $41.82 million initial public offering of stock

Common shares sold at $8.50 apiece; deal has $6.27 million greenshoe

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 18 - Digital Domain Media Group, Inc. priced its $41.82 million initial public offering of stock with a $6.27 million greenshoe, according to a prospectus filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company will sell 4.92 million common shares at $8.50 per share.

Insiders may participate.

Proceeds will be used to facilitate the company's growth strategy and for working capital and other general corporate purposes.

The media company is based in Port St. Lucie, Fla.
