Digital Development Group settles $75,000 private placement of shares

Deal sells 5 million common shares at $0.015 each to Stuart Subotnick

Knoxville, Tenn., March 17 - Digital Development Group Corp. completed a $75,000 private placement of stock with Stuart Subotnick on March 12, according to an 8-K filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold 5 million common shares. The price per share, of $0.015, is a 62.5% discount to $0.04, the March 11 closing share price.

The Santa Monica, Calif., company provides a backend technological service to enable content providers to deliver their content across multiple platforms using existing internet protocol services.
