Deal sells common shares at $6.10 apiece with $2.01 million greenshoe

Knoxville, Tenn., April 17 - Digital Cinema Destinations Corp. said it priced its $13.42 million initial public offering of stock with a $2.01 million greenshoe. It expects the shares to trade on the Nasdaq under the symbol "DCIN."
The company will sell 2.2 million common shares at $6.10 per share.
Maxim Group LLC and Dominick & Dominick LLC are the joint bookrunning managers.
Based in Westfield, N.J., Digital Cinema is dedicated to transforming its movie theaters into interactive entertainment centers.
