Alabama Gas to redeem $34.79 million 5.7% notes due 2035 on Jan. 15

Madison, Wis., Dec. 18 – Alabama Gas Corp. gave notice that it will redeem its $34,785,000 of outstanding 5.7% notes due Jan. 15, 2035 on Jan. 15.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date in the amount of $495,686.25.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

The natural gas distributor is based in Birmingham, Ala.
