Digicel driving by Tuesday with $250 million tap of 6% notes due 2021

Virginia Beach, Va., March 19 - Digicel Ltd. is set to sell a $250 million add-on to its 6% senior notes due April 15, 2021 (B1//B) on Tuesday, according to a market source.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the left bookrunner, while J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Barclays and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. are the joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S for life deal.

The notes will be callable April 15, 2016 at 104.5.

The Kingston, Jamaica-based wireless communications company plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.

The original $1 billion issue priced at par on Feb. 19, 2013.
