Jamaica's Digicel to call remaining 10½% notes after tender offer ends

San Luis Obispo, Calif., March 19 - Digicel Group Ltd. said it will redeem any remaining 10½% senior notes due 2018 following the conclusion of its tender offer for the notes.

The tender offer began Wednesday and expires at 11:59 p.m. ET on April 15.

Digicel is a Kingston, Jamaica-based wireless communications company.
