New Issue: Dianor plans C$5 million private placement of units

Atlanta, April 26 - Dianor Resources Inc. said it plans to raise C$5 million in a private placement of units.

The offering includes 10 million units at C$0.50 each.

The units are comprised of one share and one half-share warrant. The whole warrants provide for an additional share at C$0.75 each for 18 months.

Based in Val-D'or, Quebec, Dianor is a diamond exploration company. The proceeds will be used for diamond exploration on projects in Quebec and Ontario.
