New Issue: Nigeria's Diamond Bank prices $200 million 8¾% five-year bonds at 99.011 to yield 9%

Virginia Beach, May 15 - Nigeria's Diamond Bank plc (/B/B) priced $200 million of 8¾% five-year senior notes at 99.011 to yield 9% on Wednesday, according to market sources.

The notes sold in line with talk, which was set in the high-8% to 9% area.

Citigroup Global Markets was the bookrunner for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
