New Issue: Diagnos plans C$3 million private placement of units

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 22 - Diagnos Inc. said it has arranged a private placement for up to C$3 million.

The company will sell up to 5 million units at C$0.60 each. Up to 15% of the units may be bought by insiders.

The units consist of one share and one half-share warrant. The whole warrants are exercisable at C$0.85 each for six months.

Based in Brossard, Quebec, Diagnos develops data-mining software used by mineral prospecting companies.
