Knoxville, Tenn., March 24 - Dia Bras Exploration Inc. announced it will now raise up to C$1.98 million in a private placement of units. The deal priced for C$1.85 million on March 11.
The company now plans to sell 36 million units at C$0.055 apiece. Each unit consists of one common share and a warrant. The warrants are exercisable at C$0.11 for one year.
Proceeds will be used will be used to finance operations.
Based in Montreal, Dia Bras is a precious and base metals exploration company.
