Mexico’s Fibra Inn eyes Ps. 5 billion certificados bursatiles program

Tacoma, Wash., Sept. 8 – Deutsche Bank Mexico, SA, or Fibra Inn, plans to establish a program for the issuance of certificados bursatiles fiduciaries, according to a company news release.

Any issuance under the program may not exceed Ps. 5 billion or its equivalent in UDIs or dollars.

The certificados bursatiles fiduciaries may be issued via public offering or private issuance and will be listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange.

Fibra Inn is a Monterrey, Mexico-based trust formed to acquire, develop, operate and rent hotel properties.
