Desarrolladora Homex files automatic shelf covering stock and debt

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 28 - Desarrolladora Homex SAB de CV filed a stock and debt securities automatic shelf registration in an F-3-ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

The home-development company is based in Culiacan, Mexico.
