Aker calls bonds due 2019 for redemption on April 21

New York, March 7 – Aker ASA said it will redeem its senior unsecured bond issue 2012/2019 due 2019 on April 21.

Holders will receive 104% of par plus accrued interest up to but excluding the settlement date, according to a notice.

Aker is an Oslo-based industrial investment company.
