Des Moines, April 2 - Delta Exploration Inc. intends to conduct a private placement of units for up to C$2.475 million.
The company plans to sell up to 1.5 million units of one share and one non-transferable warrant at C$1.65 per unit. Each warrant will be exercisable at C$2.00 for two years.
Proceeds of the non-brokered deal will be used for exploration and working capital.
Delta is a resource exploration company based in Kamloops, B.C.
