Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 16 - Delphi Energy Corp. said it completed a private placement of stock for C$6.36 million. The deal priced on Oct. 23.
The company sold 3 million flow-through common shares at C$2.12 apiece
The deal was conducted by a syndicate of underwriters led by National Bank Financial Inc. and including RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and Scotia Capital Inc.
Proceeds will be used to fund Delphi's ongoing capital program in northwest Alberta at Hythe, Wapiti/Gold Creek and Bigstone in 2010.
Delphi is a Calgary, Alta-based oil and natural gas company.
