Delphi's trustee adds Pardus to committee of equity security holders

Eugene, Ore., May 12 - Delphi Corp.'s U.S. Trustee amended the official committee of equity security holders for the company's Chapter 11 case by adding Pardus European Special Opportunities Master Fund, LP, managed by Pardus Capital of New York.

The trustee removed Dr. Betty Anne Jacoby of Little Silver, N.J., according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The other members on the committee are: Brandes Investment Partners, LP of San Diego; Luqman Yacub of Hartville, Ohio; James E. Bishop, Sr. of Laredo, Texas; D.C. Capital Partners, LP of New York; James N. Koury, trustee of the Koury Family Trust of La Habra Heights, Calif.; James H. Kelly of Boulder, Colo.

Delphi, a Troy, Mich.-based automotive electronics manufacturer, filed for bankruptcy on Oct. 8, 2005. Its Chapter 11 case number is 05-44481.
