Pittsburgh, Dec. 12 - Delphi Corp.'s hearing on its motion to reject collective bargaining agreements and modify retiree benefits has been further adjourned in light of progress made in out-of-court discussions, according to a Tuesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The contract rejection hearing was adjourned to a date to be determined by the court.

In addition, the deadline by which a ruling on the contract rejection motion must be entered was previously extended to Jan. 31 from Nov. 30.

A status conference will be held on Dec. 13.
