Deutsche Bank Securities buys $7.43 million in claims against Delphi debtor

Pittsburgh, Oct. 25 - Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. bought $7.43 million in claims against Delphi Corp. debtor Delphi Automotive Systems, LLC, according to Tuesday filings with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
Deutsche Bank bought Hitachi Automotive Products (USA), Inc.'s $5.72 million claim and Tokico (USA), Inc.'s $1.71 million claim.
Delphi, a Troy, Mich.-based automotive electronics manufacturer, filed for bankruptcy on Oct. 8, 2005. Its Chapter 11 case number is 05-44481.
