Deutsche Bank buys $2.76 million in claims against Delphi

Portland, Ore., Aug. 15 - Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. bought a total of $2.76 million in claims against Delphi Corp. from SPCP Group, LLC, according to filings made Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
The purchase total represents two $1.38 million claims purchased by Deutsche Bank.
Delphi, a Troy, Mich.-based automotive electronics manufacturer, filed for bankruptcy on Oct. 8, 2005 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. Its Chapter 11 case number is 05-44481.
