Delphi CBA rejection ruling deadline pushed back to Aug. 3

Pittsburgh, July 26 - Delphi Corp.'s deadline for an order on its motion to reject its collective bargaining agreements was extended to Aug. 3 from July 27, according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

A status conference on the progress of collective bargaining agreement negotiations will be held on Aug. 2.

Delphi, a Troy, Mich.-based automotive electronics manufacturer, filed for bankruptcy on Oct. 8, 2005. Its Chapter 11 case number is 05-44481.
