Deutsche Bank Securities buys $6.73 million in claims against Delphi debtor

Pittsburgh, July 2 - Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. bought $6.73 million of King Street Acquisition Co., LLC's claims against Delphi Corp. debtor Delphi Automotive Systems LLC, according to Friday filings with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
Specifically, Deutsche bought one $3.82 million claim and one $2.91 million claim.
Delphi, a Troy, Mich.-based automotive electronics manufacturer, filed for bankruptcy on Oct. 8, 2005. Its Chapter 11 case number is 05-44481.
