By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, April 30 - Delphi Corp.'s deadline for an order on its motion to reject its collective bargaining agreements was extended to May 31 from May 1, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

If the company has filed a disclosure statement by the order deadline, the deadline will be further extended to July 31.

A status conference on the progress of collective bargaining agreement negotiations will be held on May 31.

Delphi, a Troy, Mich.-based automotive electronics manufacturer, filed for bankruptcy on Oct. 8, 2005. Its Chapter 11 case number is 05-44481.
