Deutsche Bank Securities buys $3.49 million in claims against Delphi

Pittsburgh, Jan. 30 - Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. bought $3.49 million in claims against Delphi Corp., according to Monday filings with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
Deutsche Bank bought a $2.12 million claim from Clarion Corp. of America and a $1.37 million claim from Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications (USA) Inc.
Delphi, a Troy, Mich.-based automotive electronics manufacturer, filed for bankruptcy on Oct. 8, 2005. Its Chapter 11 case number is 05-44481.
