A&J Mucklow buys back £31.20 million 11½% debentures

New York, Feb. 22 - A&J Mucklow Group plc said it bought back £31.20 million of its 11½% first mortgage debenture stock due 2014.

Of the total, £13.31 million were bought back on Feb. 22 and £17.89 million on Feb. 21, both to settle on Feb. 28.

The Cradley Heath, West Midlands, United Kingdom, real estate company previously bought back £2.4 million of the bonds on Feb. 1.

Following the buybacks, A&J Mucklow has £15.90 million of the debentures outstanding.
