Airxcel calls 8½% senior secured notes due 2022 in two parts

New York, March 15 – Airxcel, Inc. will redeem its 8½% senior secured notes due 2022 in two parts, according to notices from the issuer.

Out of the $279 million of the notes currently outstanding, $31 million will be redeemed on April 13 at 103% of par plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date.

The remaining $248 million will be redeemed on April 13 at the make-whole price.

Completion of the redemption is conditional on the closing of the sale of the company to AirX Holdings, Inc.

Airxcel said on March 14 that it would be acquired by L Catterton from One Rock Capital Partners LLC.

Airxcel is a Wichita, Kan., producer and distributor of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, appliance and a variety of composite and soft good products serving specialty markets.
