Investor Le Fonds d'investissement REA II Natcan buys stock at premium

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 5 - D-BOX Technologies Inc. raised C$1.5 million in a non-brokered private placement of stock, according to a company news release.
The company sold 3,947,368 common shares to Le Fonds d'investissement REA II Natcan Inc. for C$0.38 each.
The per-share price is a 2.7% premium to the closing share price of C$0.37 on Oct. 4.
The company said it will use the proceeds to accelerate the deployment of its motion systems for commercial theater application and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
Based in Longueuil, Quebec, D-Box manufactures motion systems for the entertainment industry.
